Last night at a virtual awards ceremony, alongside all the other TIARA’s finalists we opened our pre-delivered bottle of bubbly to reveal that we been highly commended for the category ‘Growth Recruitment Company of the year 2020’
The Growth Company of the Year award recognises an organisation with an impressive track record of sustainable growth in sales, profit, headcount, and client base and we are extremely proud to be awarded highly commended in this category with some very stiff competition. The judges gave us a ‘highly commended’ as we demonstrated “a great return on investment in people, process and technology to achieve impressive growth”
Achieving growth is one thing, however sustaining that growth within all areas of a business and over a number of years, is an ongoing challenge. The fact that we've been so successful, is testament to the high levels of customer satisfaction that we have.
