Rewards
In the UK, starting as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be paid a basic salary of circa £17,500 - £20,000, depending upon location and experience.
At Gravitas you will benefit from the most generous commission scheme in the industry. Once you start generating fee income (i.e. successfully making placements), you shall be paid commission against a percentage of the total fees you generate.
As a result we expect all our trainee consultants to earn between £25,000 - £40,000 in your first full year.
Gravitas do not cap commission. Therefore, your earning potential is 100% correlated to your own personal success.
