A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my sector leading company in South Yorkshire. Gravitas are looking for an experience Team Leader/Manager (C#/ASP.NET/SQL Server/Mobile Development/MVC/IIS7/WCF/CSLA/XHTML/JavaScript/JQuery) to lead the web team in development of all external facing developments including the websites in various forms in cross browser environments and also in mobile development. This exceptional opportunity allows you to enhance your management skill as well as modernise and broaden your web development skillset.
We are looking for an experienced team lead to take upon this challenge with 70% development and 30% management function. You will be the lead co-ordinator for web development and be a superb mentor and able to prioritise well, motivating and guiding the rest of the team. Full lifecycle experience is desired as you will be helping to design and develop the software yourself and your team are going to be responsible for. The environment is fast paced and incredibly dynamic, you need to be able to cope with the demands and pressure of this nature.
Salary: To £55,000, however the possibility of someone more senior in this role with relevant experience should not be hesitant or restrained by this aspect as there is potential for more should your ability warrant.
Location: You will be based in the South Yorkshire HQ, although the company has stores nationwide and a huge e-commerce presence. Easily commutable within the Sheffield/Rotherham/Doncaster/Barnsley region.
